T U T O R I A L: Icon Effect


I will make this icon with PS (Photoshop) but it could works with PSP (Paint Shop Pro).
I used this picture of TVXQ/DBSK/THSK new single :P.
First, crop your picture 100x100, Image > Image size. if your picture doesn't look good, you could sharpen it, Filter > Sharpen


Then go to Layer > New Layer, and add #010154 and set to Exclusion 69% opacity.

If you want you can leave it like that, but If you want to add a texture, I used this one and set to screen 100% opacity:
